Things your Attorney will not tell you......

  • Your attorney advocates for you but their allegiance is to the court. Seems like a Conflict of Interest.
  • You direct your case not your attorney, he/she is your "Assitance of Counsel". U.S. Supreme Court case:                               McCoy v. Louisiana, 584 U.S. ___ (2018) https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/584/16-8255/
  • You need to have proper "Standing" in court, if you don't you do not have a chance.
  • Most attorneys do not know how to make an appealable court record. However if they do, usually the attorney is just focused on the lower court case at hand. We can assist your attorney to make sure you have an appealable court record.
  • There are limited grounds you can appeal on. If these grounds are not evidenced in your court case record you will be denied an appeal.
